Welcome to Genlly ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genlly platform, including our website, web apps, APIs, and any related content, features, or services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Genlly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Genlly. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
Genlly provides tools to generate, edit, and upscale images and videos using AI technologies.
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our underlying AI models or infrastructure.
You may not use Genlly to generate content that:
- Promotes hate, violence, harassment, or discrimination.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy.
- Is illegal or violates ethical standards.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to users who violate these terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content generated using Genlly is owned by you, the user, unless otherwise noted. However:
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and rights.
- Genlly retains rights to use anonymized or aggregated data (e.g., prompt structures, usage patterns) to improve the Service.
- All software, branding, UI, and code are the intellectual property of Genlly and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees on time.
- Allow automatic renewal unless canceled before the billing date.
We may adjust pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or feature restrictions.
6. Content Monitoring
While we do not actively monitor every piece of content, we reserve the right to review and remove material that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Termination
You may stop using Genlly at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk to the platform or other users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Genlly platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genlly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genlly operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
